Which of my customers are impacted?

All impacted customers have been written to informing them of the proposed contract migration.

What about my commission arrangements?

EDF will not be taking on any commission commitments and these will remain with Opus. You will be contacted in due course.

Will you still register future start dated new business contracts?

Yes, we will honour the terms of any such contracts where the sale has already been agreed.

When will this happen?

Are sales stopping immediately? We are no longer accepting new business contracts.

What happens if the TPI doesn’t have an agreement in place with EDF?

Please contact EDF to agree a contract.

How do I get a status updates for my contracts?

Reports continue to be available via My Opus Energy (MOE).

What happens to my TPI agreement with Opus Energy?

Agreements will be terminated with 30 days notice in due course.

What happens if a switch is already due in that window as the customer has placed a contract elsewhere? How will this be managed?
