When can I switch supplier?

Our standard terms and conditions commit you to a minimum fixed term period. The length of this depends on the length of the contract you agreed with us. In every case we will write to you about 60 days before the end of your fixed term period to tell you about your renewal options and explain how to terminate your contract if you choose to.

Please be aware that if you want to change suppliers at the end of your fixed term contract and you owe us money, we may object to the transfer.
